Vincenzo Marino and Johnny Pisanello win the selections in Australia

The Panettone World Cup in Australia, which took place in Melbourne on 8 July at the prestigious Angliss Restaurant, was an exciting final with an important participation of pastry chefs from all over the country. The event was organized in collaboration with Club Australia chaired by pastry chef Tatiana Coluccio of Old Evropa Bakery and Alessandro Urilli Executive Pastry and with the patronage of ITA Italian Trade Agency and had the honor of a prestigious jury that judged the panettoni in race and decreed the finalists who will represent the country at the world final in Milan from 8 to 10 November.

Vincenzo Marino of Melbourne’s Pulcinella pastry shop wins in the category Traditional Panettone and Johnny Pisanello of Sonoma Bakery of Sydney for the category Chocolate Panettone.
